phpbbmotion now available!

Update: No issues have been found there for it’s no longer in beta. The price has now been changed to 20€ with optional installation at 10€.

The phpBB3/PHPmotion V3 bridge is now complete! It’s available at the very low price of 10€ at the moment because it’s new & also because I am seriously broke at the moment and if I wish to continue working on the Internet I need to bring in a bit of cash…

It will eventually go up so grab it while you can! I have tested it best I can so hopefully there won’t be any bugs. If any do appear all updates will be free of charge, this is for all updates ever.

Installation has been simplified, more details on the phpmotion addon are available here.

  1. The “more details” link doesn’t really tell me much more than the original announcement. If the V3 bridge works, it will be fantastic, but I would really like to see at least a little more about the product. Any chance of there being anything more documentation wise?

  2. Hi Craig,

The bridge works fine, I haven’t put up a demo yet I’ll have to get round to doing that soon. What other info would you like to know?

  3. Wow thanks its great and works like a charm =] 1 thing … if a user changes their password through PHPMotion will it change it in PHPbb ? i dont want to try it yet incase i break it >.>

  4. Hi,
If a user tries to change their password it will automatically redirect them to phpBB to do it as that is where it’s stored.
So no, nothing will break & it will update it for the entire site :)

  5. well the file i got will not open its a windows shell command file nomal you gat a rar or a zip file you can unzip

  6. Almost paid for it, just thought I go through the details and it didn’t state anything about the latest version, can you confirm that it supports the latest phpmotion version?

  7. It should work fine with 3.5 however I have yet to test it fully. As soon as I can then I will update the add-on page. Some people have used the add-on without problems already though.
